Very accommodating

The house was very clean and very accommodating. Lots of towels and all working appliances. Plenty of supplies in kitchen to make meals and the beds were comfortable.

Worst rental experience

The check in process was extremely frustrating! An online security profile must be completed prior to check in, which I did 3 weeks prior. The property manager called me a liar after he could not locate the profile. After proving him wrong and giving him the opportunity to apologize an apology was not received. The house had cockroaches and the furnace to now work for over 18 hrs before they brought space heaters….and continued to not work for 4+ days. The floors were filthy and the exterior of the property was not well maintained. Very disappointing

Great location and place to stay!

Great stay and conviently located for lakepoint sports complex and surrounding areas. Clean and comfortable home. Would stay here again if ever back in the area!
