This is a full home rental for 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The lower terrace level is a fully independent suite with a private outdoor entrance and living area. It is currently occupied by a quiet family but will become available soon as a separate unit in addition to the full home rental for an additional fee. The back yard is a shared amenity with gated access provided from the back deck.
