"Our room was gorgeous. We stayed in the Deluxe One Bedroom suite in the West Tower, Water view. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Beautiful view of the Ohio River. We would definitely stay again."

"Apparently booking through hotels.com is not recommended… After being stuck in traffic for an hour and a half on our way to a concert, we were told when we arrived at the hotel that we had booked five months in advance that they did not have the room type available that we had chosen. We were not being demanding of something fancy, but there were three adults and one child and we absolutely had to have the two queen bed option… I was told I only had king rooms left. Daniel at the front desk explained that hotels.com does not know what kind of rooms are available, so if having a specific room type is important, I would avoid making a reservation with them. Fortunately, they did allow us to park there while we went to the concert and they did assist us in getting a room at another Marriott hotel very close by. Honestly, it was just stressful because of the long traffic delay that we have just sat through. The hotel they put us at was very very nice and we were charged the same rate even though it was a full service hotel. Everything worked out OK, but it was definitely stressful."

"The room was great and just fine. Breakfast in the morning was horrendous. There were brand new employees on an understaffed team for a Saturday morning rush. It was a complete disaster. The food took forever, we didn’t get the right orders, food was cold or burnt, put ice in orange juice, it was all around terrible. The staff did the best they could, but without proper management structure, it was horrible. I won’t ever stay here again. "

"Parking a this Loyisville downtown budget hotel was 8.00. There were some issues with the electrical outlets on one wall, but I ask for a 1st floor room, which they accommodated. Nice. TV remote was an issue and needed help with air conditioning. Over all for $201.00 to see a concert at the near by KYC YUM! Center, it was just fine."
