"Beautiful hotel, excellent location with great staff. Lobby area beautiful with lots of seating areas. Views from pool amazing. However, rooms seriously lacking in conveniences and amenities. No dresser or shelves and a minuscule closet meant our suitcases were on floor or desk. This made it hard to walk around beds, and made room look so cluttered and messy. Which also meant no surface to place anything except nightstands. No coffee machine. NO USB PORTS anywhere! So be sure to bring plug adapters. No shelf in shower except one tiny ledge that only had room to hold the very tiny soap/ shampoo/ conditioner bottles. Cute mosaic tile in shower floor was uneven and cut my daughter’s foot, and corner edge of glass shower door cut my heel. Also walls were so thin so our rowdy neighbors kept us up - we could hear everything they were saying. Also there were a ridiculous amount of mirrors in the room. Everything was very clean though! "

"Overall, it was a good place to stay. The bed was firm, I slept pretty good. Housekeeping was very prompt. Just that, it would have been better if there was a microwave in the room. The fridge was awesome but it would’ve been great to heat up our food for that midnight craving or having to eat cold leftovers. "

"Our room was slightly dated but was to be expected considering it’s a motel. Was a great location with Warner Brothers less than a 10 minute walk away and lots of great restaurants nearby (we had a lovely lunch at girl and the chicken!). Would recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in a safe neighbourhood whilst in LA. "

"Room was clean. Was expecring a sofa bed in my room as advertised but there wasnt one available. Was expecting it to have a hot tub but it was out of service and there was no hot water. "

"Much older motel style with pool in center…very dated but very clean, good bed, nice staff. Great place for a brief overnight stay but I can see it as a good place for lower budget visitors with kids. "

"Stayed as a birthday treat to myself and went to Universal. They gave me room with a rad view of LA and even sent a delicious dessert to my room after the park closed! The continental breakfast was awesome the bed was comfy and the extra bday love made it the best day ever! "
