Charming apartment in a fantastic hillside location and near the sea

In the middle of the gentle hills of the Marche lies our completely renovated, century-old country house "Casale del Colle". There we rent 2 lovingly maintained holiday apartments, where you don't have to do without comfort. With their sweeping, breathtaking terrace views, both apartments create an atmosphere where you can really unwind: surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, certainly a place for relaxation, for everyone who loves the original Italy. Pure vacation!

Wir waren zwei Wochen und es war herrlich eine unglaublich schöne Location mit unglaublich freundlichen Gastgebern Wein Wasser und Obst war schon ein Ankunft da Judith ist eine tolle Frau die man alles fragen kann und immer für einen da ist wenn man fragen hat sehr entspannt und die Gegend toll zum radeln wandern und baden

Colline marchigiane stupende

Direi come un albergo a 5 stelle,pulizia e confort,arredamento scelto con gusto. Stupendo il terrazzo con vista a 270 gradi sulle montagne e colline, ottimo come relax. Una bottiglia di buon vino e frutta per gli ospiti. Nei dintorni paesini con borghi stupendi oltre al mare poco distante. Lo consiglio .

Appartamento molto carino il meteo nelle colline marchigiane. Visita fantastica. Distanza dal mare (Grottammare) circa 20 minuti ma ne vale la pena perché i parcheggi sono gratis. Esperienza bellissima probabilmente ci ritorneremo

Einfach traumhaft

Die Lage und das Haus sind einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, sehr sauber und dazu noch mit einem sensationellen Blick über die wunderschöne Hügellandschaft der Marken. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind immer hilfsbereit, sehr sympathisch und bei Fragen stets mit Tipps und Anregungen zur Stelle. Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen, können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder hierher zurück. Bernd u. Angelika H.

Sonst hätten wir sicher keine Chance gehabt, dieses wunderbare Feriendomizil mieten und kennenlernen zu dürfen. Wir verbrachten hier einen Traumurlaub, alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eine supernette Vermieterin und Familie. Traumhafte Natur, eine unglaubliche Terrassenaussicht, geschmackvolles Ambiente, ruhig und doch nicht weit von Stadttrubel oder vom Strand entfernt, einfach perfekt. Die gute Seele des Hauses, hatte uns bei allen Fragen wunderbar beraten, wir können dieses Objekt nur wärmstens empfehlen !!!

Traumurlaub in Traumlage

Wir waren jetzt schon das vierte Mal hier und haben uns jedesmal wie zu Hause gefühlt! Unschlagbar der Blick von der Terrasse auf die wunderschöne Hügellandschaft und die schneebedeckten Berge der Abruzzen! Und dann nur 10 Minuten um ans Meer zu kommen. Dazu die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Hier paart sich italienscher Flair mit deutschem Comfort! Man merkt den Wohnungen an, dass sie laufend renoviert werden. Für Ausflugsideen liegt eine Infomappe bereit, die Vermieter geben aber auch immer gerne und äußerst hilfsbereit Tipps und Anregungen. Danke! Wir kommen sicher wieder! Verena und Michael

- Wo könnte man das besser als bei einem Aufenthalt bei Judith und Piero! User Urlaub war Erholung pur - abseits der Touristen-Trampelpfade im stilvoll restaurierten Landhaus genießen wir das italienische Flair. Casale del Colle ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Marken, zu mittelalterlichen Orten und auch zum Strand ist’s nicht weit. Der grandiose Blick über die sanften Hügel mit sensationellen landschaftlichen Stimmungen hat uns sehr begeistert. Wir haben alles blitzsauber vorgefunden mit liebevollen kleinen Gesten italienischer Gastfreundschaft von unserer aufmerksamen Vermieterin, die uns auch zu kulinarischen Geheimtipps, Einkaufserlebnissen, Märkten und Veranstaltungen in der Umgebung wunderbar beraten hat.
