"This place offers stunning views over the landscapes below Etna. The rooms feel luxurious, clean, modern and you can tell they thought of every detail in the room. We only stayed one night which was not enough, next time we are staying way longer. This place is great if you want quiet luxury and a base to explore Catania and the many winieries around Etna. A place to take it slow and enjoy the views and the food."

"Our stay at Koru was nothing short of exceptional. The lodge was comfortable, spotless and equipped with all amenities (even a heater and a/c). Breakfast was served at the lodge every morning, and we had a wide variety of food, all cooked and prepared to perfection. "What an incredible place! Situated just beneath the city of Paterno but in the beautiful and quiet country you have an amazing view of the Etna. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean.The food is just delicious (try the pesce spada) and Signora Maria is the kind soul of the place. I will return!"

"Staff were great and very helpful, Though we found we got better/faster responses to questions when emailing directly versus using expires messenger. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. We also ate an evening meal there and it was delicious. Centrally located for for exploration of the etna region. Room was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend"
