    "Fantastically helpful lady on front desk (just returned from time off), clean good sized family room, nice breakfast, great location. Would recommend and family friendly. Only downside was no kettle in our room and the total has no bar or ability to buy drinks/snacks outside of breakfast hours which, after a lot of walking each day, was missed."

    "very tiny room, no outlets to plug in anything, stained sheets and dirty room. we stayed long enough to book another hotel room and we checked out but she refused to give a refund saying she didn't know how. They charged me days before we arrived for our booking. we were only there aprox 30-45 minutes. also looked like a very bad area, stores etc all boarded up and closed . also room did not look like the picture posted when i booked it and when i told her that she said it was another room ...."
