La pulizia lascia a desiderare, molto superficiale, in una struttura già di per se vetusta. Un peccato perchè è situato in una posizione splendida con una panorama fantastico. Dalle foto sui vari siti sembrava davvero tutt'altro. Colazione davvero scarna nella varietà. Se si rompe qualcosa in camera, amen! Non aspettatevi che venga aggiustato. In compenso la disponibilità del personale ci è sembrata appropriata.

Vacanza rillassante in una location incantevole

Location incantevole, soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, struttura molto bella, necessario restyling di alcuni servizi bagno, piscina ottima in alternativa al mare, personale cordiale e disponibile, servizio colazione personale gentilissimo, parcheggio comodissimo, vista balcone- verandina meravigliosa sulla baia ciclopi.

Bon aceuil et le personnel qui parle un peu français, réception non stop, situé proche du centre-ville et des petits restaurants accessibles à pied, parking réservé à l’hôtel (pratique). La vue sur la ville est carrément superbe ! Globalement cet hôtel est vieillot et resté dans son jus des années 50/60... La salle de bain est disons « vétuste »... Globalement cet hôtel reste agréable de par sa situation.

Desperate need of renovation & check pool opening!

On arrival we saw the pool was closed. We asked reception what the opening times were - the lady looked shocked. She stated that the pool closed the day prior. Her exact words were “do you swim in your country in October”....well if it was 23 degrees in the UK I would! She said it may be opened in a few days if weathers better The next day when we returned from a trip the receptionist was in a puffa jacket and winter hat - told me still too cold to open the pool (20 degrees that day). When we looked in the pool it had been drained - so clearly no intention of opening Was put on second floor, which is 4 flights of steps. No elevator and no assistance offered with luggage (travelling alone with a small child) Hotel is nowhere near anything. Extremely steep walk back to the hotel from the harbour where there are a few restaurants and a pharmacy. 15 minute drive to a shopping mall which has a supermarket Room in terrible condition. Plaster from the ceiling fell on to us whilst sleeping. My son cut his foot on broken tiles on the balcony No food or drink available to buy at the hotel Reception and breakfast area is a strange set up - lots of random faux leather sofas scattered around We only stayed 2 of the 7 nights booked View was lovely though. Can imagine the hotel would amazing if it was renovated

Hotel carino con una bellissima vista sulla costa

Hotel modesto che si rivela una buona soluzione se state una o due notti. Le camere sono un po’ vecchiotte, manca l’ascensore e la colazione è poco varia. Nonostante il bisogno di una ristrutturazione, l’hotel è gradevole soprattutto per la sua incredibile vista sulla costa ciclopica! Sommariamente mi sento di consigliarlo per un soggiorno breve.

Wir waren eine Woche dort, alles hat uns sehr gute gefallen - Zimmer, fantastischer Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer und alles sehr sauber. Der Service war hervorragend, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel weiter! Gute und sichere Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden.

낡고 지저분한 호텔

너무나 낙후된 객실시설 더러운 카펫 바닥에 화장실의 악취 화장실 불켜면 환풍기돌아가는 소리가 아주크고 다른 방에서 물쓰면 사이렌 소리처럼 나고 더러운 화장실 환경 엘레베이터도없어서 무거운 캐리어를 들고 올라가야함- 직원도 여자직원 할아버지 두명이어서 짐 올리는것도 직접 해야함 오직 씨뷰 하나밖에 없는데 그마저도 시칠리아에서 유일하게 바다색이 안예쁜 방향(아주맑은 날씨 임에도) 이호텔 절대 선택마시길

Good value for the money

Due to a lot of rain, I spent more time than planned at the hotel. Therefore, it would have been nice if the restaurant had been open (on weekdays also). I found the bed to be very hard. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Breakfast was ok. Make sure you book a room with sea view!

Old Fashioned Comfort

Old fashioned comfort, in a family hotel. Stayed in a seaview room, and the view was fantastic. The hotel is in a reasonable condition, don't expect luxury. Breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant is open to residents at weekends. About 10 mins walk from the main area, quite steep walk, with little footpaths near the hotel, but well lit. I wouldn't recommend any room not seaview, as the rear view isn't all that. The pool area is fine, with plenty of shade. There is parking for 8 or so cars, and room on the road outside for more.

Enjoyed the area and hotel,the views from the the hotel are panoramic you can see Aci Trezza an the isles of Cyclops below ,plenty of places to eat in Aci-Trezza an nice walks along the sea front, the down side was you have to walk up hill to get to the hotel
