Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
My stay at the apartment was unfortunately affected by the poor service of the agency.The entire process felt unprofessional, with unclear communication and disorganization that caused unnecessary stress. Instead of feeling comfortable and supported, I was left feeling anxious throughout. I would strongly recommend improvements in customer service and professionalism for future guests.
