"Really cool little bar/restaurant downstairs, nice quiet rooms with loads of hot water in the baths and really comfy beds. Amazing views of the mountains from the window and all around the hotel. Staff were great, some were able to speak in English, others in Spanish so we found everything easy. Would definitely stay again"

"The apartments are super clean and has everything you need for a comfortable experience. Location is great in the very quite town of Canfranc just 15 minutes from Astun and Candanchu.
If I have to give some constructive feedback, I would fix the shower because it was leaking when using it, and also a more comfortable pillows, they were extremely hard."

"The weather was not great as we arrived and left, but it was the front desk that made our stay bright on a rainy day. Angel went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure we could enjoy all the amazing places we would have just passed by had he not spent 30 minutes with us mapping out two amazing days. Upon check in the manager was just as accommodating. Well done team. You made a difference. "

The area is beautiful and Elisabeth gave us several good recommendations for activities and restaurants. We loved our room and enjoyed our stay. She had gluten free bread for my husband! "Very clean, comfy bed, friendly service and a beautiful setting. The hotel is in an old wood and stone building, in the middle of the corn fields, with a view of the Pyrenees mountains. A very nice stay for a romantic getaway. The breakfast was good, continental. The only thing I would suggest is to put the coffee in smaller cups as it gets cold quickly, but that is the only thing I would change about my stay, it was beautiful! Merci! "

"Nothing to dislike, this was the best hotel I have ben to for a long time. It is set apart from the main area of Canfranc Estacion and has a unique history. The decor is wonderful, especially the ceilings. Comfortable room, excellent dining. Lovely friendly, attentive and professional staff. "

"Beautiful hotel, our room was great. Only issue was internet was nearly impossible to log into. We had to ask desk staff several times to assist and finally night before leaving we were able to get ipads on system. There was no password given to guests, shouldn't be this hard to get internet service on devices. Finally desk staff did something on their computer for us, said wait 15 min, but took about an hour to get wifi on devices. Staff at desk tried, but this needs to be fixed on a higher level."

"Duplex room was nice, lounge and small bathroom with shower on lower level, large rooms upstairs with more beds and full bath. Upper room had wall dividing two spaces but no door. No AC but skylights provided good air. No in room coffee or tea"
