Tucked away in a peaceful setting, this charming retreat offers a spacious yard perfect for gathering with friends and family—and even welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs, so no one gets left behind. Surrounded by trees, this homey and relaxing retreat offers a true escape from the everyday.

Inside, Boulder Retreat comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The first floor features a king bedroom for easy access, while the second floor offers another king bedroom. The loft area is a fun and flexible sleeping space with a twin futon and twin trundle, ideal for kids or additional guests. For added flexibility, a sleeper sofa in the main living area can accommodate two more guests. The interior is warm and inviting, with both a fireplace and wood stove creating the perfect atmosphere for cozy evenings. Curl up with a good book on the comfy sofa or watch movies on the smart TV for the ultimate cozy night in. The fully equipped kitchen includes both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, making it easy to start your mornings just the way you like. A washer and dryer are also available for added convenience during your stay.

Step outside to enjoy one of Boulder Retreat's best features—its expansive outdoor living space. The spacious deck is ideal for relaxing or entertaining, complete with a large hot tub, gas grill, and comfortable seating. Out in the large level yard, you'll find a fire pit perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Enjoy a friendly game of corn hole on the lawn for some added outdoor fun. With plenty of space, it's a great spot for kids and pets to play while you take in the surrounding natural beauty. As the day winds down, relax on the balcony overlooking the woods or settle in on the deck for one of the home's most memorable experiences—watching the stunning sunsets that paint the sky in breathtaking color. IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*This home's kitchen is equipped with a standard and k-cup style coffee pot.

*Air conditioning is limited to main room & upstairs bedroom; additional fans provided
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies; a minimal starter kit may be provided but is non-refillable. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs to join in the fun. No other pets are permitted. Bringing more than two dogs will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.*
