"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"This was the best hotel we have ever stayed. The staff is super attentive, friendly, helpful, and pro-active with suggestions and tips. Service was exceptional. Steps away from major restaurants, shopping. Spa wellness center was a key highlight. Breakfast had plenty of options and was very fresh. "Excellent hotel. Right by the railway station but only about five/six minutes’ walk to the Centro Storico. Very quiet. Big and spacious rooms. Staff very polite and helpful. Big selection for breakfast. Pool and seating area outside ideal for a swim or just to sit and read. Absolutely recommended. "
