Love All Around at The Pearl

I was most impressed with the customer service at The Pearl! The front desk staff was courteous, friendly and respectful. Wait staff, hospitality attendants, and housekeeping were also impressive. The property is well kept and comfortable. The on-site dining was superb and definitely made it hard for me to push away from the table! The pool area was beautiful, covered, and comfortable with plenty of comfortable seating and poolside drink service. Other dining, drink, and entertainment options were within walking distance next door, and directly across the street is Lake Jabi recreation park and waking trail. The Lake Jabi Mall is a 5 minute drive and offers more beautiful scenery and plenty of dining and shopping options. An absolutely perfect environment for my honeymoon!

It was mentioned on the website, that there’s an airport shuttle, and breakfast for two. No airport shuttle was available, and breakfast was provided for just 1 person instead of 2.

Worst hotel experience ever

I came in from Ireland with my wife, the room was booked for 2 adults, but they refused to give us two bottle of water during check in. When I asked for a microwave to heat up my takeaway food they refused and charged me to heat up for me in their kitchen,I ate my food without heating it up. In the morning of our checkout to meet up my flight, we came to have breakfast which I paid for, they told me that my room was for one person only to eat breakfast. I know 1000 percent that my room was booked for 2 adult not single as i am not a single man. I showd them my booking and left without the breakfast. Though the manager apologies for their error but honestly its too late cus its all started from when i checked in. Plus I paid good money for this room. Please train your staff about getting the customers full booking details in the future.

I am from the usa i had a long journey to get there the reason i booked with them is because it advertised they had a Hot tube and i was told i could use it upon request When i wanted to use it they said it was not working and i was there for a week then they claim to have a spa and it is not there on site u have to call people to come? Then they do no take international currency in 2024 Then i got charged of other day stay when i went to check out because the staff must have charged me wrong according to them but how is that my fault i was very detailed on how many nights and days i wanted to stay because i was on a budget so there wouldn’t be any mistakes also they charged me for my guest during the free breakfast advertised that just seemed petty and tacky never happened at any hotel in my life also they never had nothing to drink during breakfast then didn’t want to give juice for breakfast one day and keep in mind i still have to pay for my guests breakfast separately everyday but most of the staff was nice except the reception lady she was annoying but the housekeeping was nice came everyday the building and rooms look nice and was safe
