The check in process took forever! Its a nice hotel for a business trip. Theres nothing to do around the hotel for dine in the only option that u have is a Belgian bar in the hotel itself

The hotel is far away from everything. But, theres a bus stop out front that is very convenient. I could get anywhere within an hour. The hotel staff are awesome and friendly. The breakfast was delicious each day. The buffet at night was very pricy at $50 US dollars. I only ate there once. But it was delicious and a great variety of ethnic foods. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable.i was on the 9lth floor. There are no real views of anything in this location. I would stay here again though, when im back in Abu Dhabi.

This hotel is relatively close to the airport and close to some attractions like the Grand Mosque or even the F1 circuit isn’t too far away. The spa facilities are great. Nice staff too.

The staff was very attentive and friendly, especially May, who took the time to get to know us and greeted us each day at breakfast and dinner. Area is quiet, which we enjoyed and a short taxi ride to the Grand Mosque.

Lovely Hotel but no sun ever on the Pool
The hotel is about 15 mins from the airport and a further 15 mins from Abu Dhabi Centre with nothing else around. This was a negative for us. The hotel check-in took forever, and we were the only ones (pre Paid), although they said it was a new system. The staff throughout were very good, especially the concierge team. We stayed on the 20th floor in a suite, and the space and views were superb. We opted for half board, and we were very pleased with the quality and range of food available. The one major downfall at this hotel is that the pool, although lovely and comfy, it does not get the sun at any time. Our plans for a day by day sightseeing and day by day pool was, therefore, not an option. We enjoyed a magnificent xmas Eve festive dinner outside and must say that we were super impressed. The Belgian Bar provided plenty of TVs for sport and a pool table with the downside of smokers inside (personal choice and so used to the UK laws now). The Italian Restaurant offered a superb selection of Pizzas and Pasta (241) after 6 pm daily. Overall, the hotel is lovely, the staff could not do anything more to help and please, the food was very good and the bar offered plenty. The downside is that the hotel stands alone with nothing around, and the Pool never ever sees the sun due to its position at the rear.

Asked for double sofa bed to sleep on just got a sofa which doesn’t open into sofa bed. Half board is a joke just a buffet which they questioned you if you go up more than once.

they charged me for the room although i already paid for non refundable booking on hotels.com. i showed them the receipt and they said we didn't receive any amount from hotels.com , this is very bad and a rubbery for any traveler . i don't know whether the issue from hotels or them but what i know is the traveler shouldn't be included in such cases.

Good stay for overnight - transit passenger
Was an overnight stay in transit at the airport. The hotel was 15 min from airport and cost Dhs 40 one way in taxi. Comfortable room for a very good night sleep. Has few restaurant where you could have dinner or lunch.

Lack of attention to detail
Lack of attention to detail - The attendant put me in a smoking room when I’ve booked for a non-smoking room as I don’t smoke at all and my son was staying with me. She even lied saying it wasn’t a smoking room when I could literally smell the cigarettes and there’s an ashtray inside the room. I had to insist that she change my room.

Very nice hotel, very clean. Only issue is that it costs for bfast and since covid there are several lines. Takes 30 plus minutes to get your food..
