10/10- Highly recommend.

Mix up with rooms on arrival but resolved very quickly. Impressed with cleanliness and very good value for money. 1 bedroom apartment very spacious and to a very high standard. Rooftop pool and gym are amazing, are much better in person than pictures on site. Overall, extremely happy with property and would recommend. Suggest hiring a car to get around as free parking also available.

Nice hotel & good location for getting around. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Pool towels (or maybe it’s the pads on the loungers) stink and there was a regular noise outside my room every morning at 0600. Other than those two items, it was a nice stay!

Good hotel, service was good but starting to look dated. Breakfast can get very busy. One of the lights in our room did not turn off so the room card had to be removed at night. One day the cleaners did not clean our room.

We got upgraded to a suite which was about 700 square feet with city views which made us want to stay longer than the just one night stopover we did. Staff was very courteous and always ready to help. The property is in a bustling downtown location with lots of shopping and dining options. We tried Al Farah restaurant, traditional Syrian cuisine recommendedbyone of the hotel'sporters, that was a delight.
