We also have a limited number of rooms, and we have to respect the reservations of other guests who have booked in advance.In your case, we were able to check you in early, but we could not extend your stay for another night, as we were fully booked for the next day. We informed you about this situation and offered you alternative options, such as finding another sister hotel nearby or booking for a later date. We had no choice but to contact the OTA and cancel your booking, as they were violating our terms and conditions.We understand that this was not the outcome that you wanted, but we hope that you can see that we acted in a fair and professional manner. We always try to provide the best service and hospitality to our guests, but we also have to follow our policies and procedures.
