"what was once a truely stunning building in the centre of vallencines, this lovely characterful building is showing signs of a tiny bit of TLC. Everything was spot on but just missing the mark somehow"

"Breakfast a bit expensive for what you get. Room is clean but could do with some bleach in the toilet to remove the black stains. Eat out is the best option. There's a burger van next door that sells good food and a couple of good restaurants near by. Went to both restaurants and could not fault the food. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. All in all my stay was nice would book again."

"Convenient fast car charging located in the parking lot at a reasonable cost. Located directly off the main highway with lots of restaurants/businesses around. Checkin was fairly easy but you have to be quick to take a picture of the passcode for your room door. Checking in was done on a kiosk outside the reception door. No one was around to assist if you needed help but there was a phone number to call if required. With the double level family room, it gave us a lot of space to spread out. Centrally located to allow it to be a perfect home base for exploring the area. Parking was locked in the evening but was accessible with the passcode for the door to open it if you got back after it closed. Having secured parking included was a bonus."
