"What a beautiful home and a lovely stay we enjoyed here! The house is decorated so charmingly and has such a sweet farmhouse feel! Beds are very comfortable and very nice linens. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for the stay. Big soaking bathtub was such a treat!We came to watch the meteor shower, and the property did not disappoint - the view of the dark sky from the back porch was spectacular!! We set up an air mattress on the gravel patio so we could just lay down and look up, and we had a great show. Our family loved every minute of our stay, and look forward to more adventures here. The farmhouse is great location for visiting dairy farms nearby, antique shops or popping over to Brenham. We liked how close the little town of Fayetville was for grabbing meals out! Host was SO kind and helpful answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed! Very much recommend this home for your next trip!"

"We had an amazing time at our staff retreat at RMB Longhorn Ranch! The house is beautifully designed and equipped with so many amenities – nothing is missing. We were able to learn and relax simultaneously, which was perfect for our team. The outdoor space is stunning, featuring an incredible fire pit and breathtaking views. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!"

"What an awesome stay!! The amenities were surprisingly high quality for a rental. The cookware was first class and the showering products were top quality including special facial cleanser. I have stayed at VRBOs domestically and internationally and this is the nicest place that felt like home (but with better cookware. : ). I also messed up the calendar when booking and the hosts were very patient with me. We brought a box fan for the loft based on a review but the hosts had already provided that upstairs with one to spare. We were very comfortable. We will return next time we visit Splashway (if available)!"

"I really liked the cabin, it was a beautiful piece of land with the most gorgeous scenery I’ve ever seen. The cows were so cute, and the host had amazing communication!! We would love to come back here as it was a 10/10 location for a nice quiet getaway:)!"

"Historic home is rustic with beautiful antiques. Extremely peaceful and quiet area. We enjoyed our time and loved the very large and well kept swimming pool, which was a big plus for us. Additionally, being pet friendly was also helpful for us. Host was extremely cordial and easily accessible."
