"From arrival, I was disappointed with this hotel. From the display of multiple dead / stuffed animals in the lobby to the terribly dirty carpeting in the room, this hotel is in need of obvious attention. The pool was unclean and green, the carpet had multiple stains visible, and while we did have a table in the room, there were no chairs to sit at it with. I will not stay at this hotel, nor will I recommend this hotel in the future."

"Clean room except for under beds. Cobwebs and a plastic cup. Window A/C unit worked well. Took awhile to get hot water. "

"This weekend was the most expensive weekend for these rooms for whatever reason. When we arrived and unloaded our luggage the elevators did not work so we had to make back and forth trips up 3 flights of stairs. We came in later on and went to warm food up, the microwave did not work, went to the hot tub it did not work. The sheets had little hard bqlls on them like they had been slept in 1,000 times, the coach had white stains all over it. This place was absolutely disgusting! The kitchen area was a mess as well. When we left again we had to go back and forth up 3 flights of stairs due to the elevator not working. "

"Bed was one of the worse I’ve ever slept on at any of my hotel stays. Rooms were filthy, management was rude and location was very inconvenient, property not very unkept. Waste of money! DO NOT RECOMMEND! "

"Did not feel safe. Pictures of rooms and outside of the hotel is not actually reality. The rooms had a terrible odor. Windows were broken in our room. The curtain was hanging off of the rodi would like a refund for defective not as described. They charged my card prior to me arriving and I selected pay at the hotel"
