"I was visiting family so out of the room from roughly 11:00am - 11:30. The first night sleeping was uncomfortable due to what were not even extreme temperatures. I asked the receptionist for a fan to be delivered to my room and she confirmed this would happen as I had an option to borrow one locally. I returned back to the room after 11pm and the fan wasn't there after undressing ready for bed I should have contacted reception again as I had another uncomfortable night's sleep. Disappointed!"

"Staff were great, really friendly and helpful. The AC unfortunately couldn’t quite keep up and the window in our room was non-opening so we were a little warm overnight! The breakfast was tasty but get there early if you want pastries, we were there for two nights and up for breakfast by 8 on both days and the pasties were all gone and no replenished. All in we did have a good stay and would stay again."

"Rooms are always immaculate, staff are amazing ,polite , friendly and helpful, shout out to Brenda at reception, she's gold ☺ , food is always delicious and cooked well, especially the tapas that we loveeee!!! Don't let the outside deceive you, it's excellent inside , rooms are quiet, air conditioning which is a must in the heat , beds are firm but comfortable"

"We loved our stay at the Green Dragon. It was the perfect location for a trip to Hereford without a car. All the sites and restaurants we wanted to visit were within easy walking distant. It is a historic grand building and our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Although we did not have air conditioning a large fan and an ample supply of bottled water made the stay very pleasant. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We did not eat in so can’t really comment but the bar was lovely, comfortable and relaxing and we were soon chatting away with other guests. Would definitely stay here again if we come back that way."

"10/10. The whole experience was just fantastic. Really good night's sleep. The spa facilities were top notch and the Check-in staff (Rob) was uber helpful with all sorts of advice. Returning to the area soon for another work trip and aiming to stay again."
