Good stay at the hotel. Nice helpful staff, good breakfast. Only problem was the internet was not very good but would recommend and will be visiting again in the future!

Really nice location, you can walk to any areas downtown Aberdeen. Breakfast is very good as well. What could improve is the room I stayed did not have any drawers to organize my clothes and the couch had a huge stain nobody bothered to clean when I requested. One weekend some guest were so loud and rude they left the breakfast area like a war zone. Staff did the best it could to keep that place clean.

Ok and very reasonably priced. No air con and very stuffy room. Mattress very soft, probably old and needs replaced. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast good. Location excellent and parking very useful

We stayed next door to a Finnie room. Some of the staff are non stop slamming the door and we woken up by it. They did not even think that there would probably a guest next door. Talked to the reception about it on the first day of our stay, who is very nice but it happened again the next day.

Receptionist Rachel was not very attentive, stood chatting when I arrived to check -in then went to do dishes . Had to be told I was waiting despite her seeing me . Apart from that , I would return

Cheap with breakfast and comfy. Close to dining out and rooms good. Only down fall is parking limited at hotel but ncp car park near by and not to expensive

It was all fine until approx 5am when there was a commotion in the hallway outside our room , doors getting slammed and raised voices , we couldn’t get back to sleep after it.

Parking was limited within the hotel however there was a council ran card park 5 mins up the road. The breakfast was not the best. Yes there was variety but not cooked to best of quality. Walls are paper thin and anyone walking up and down the corridors amplifies regardless of the time of day

Cleanliness of the room was shocking. The heating was terrible we had to get an extra duvet to keep warm,because the heating was electric there was no heating in the toilet and the tiles were stone cold you couldn't go in without something on your feet. They gave us towels to put on the floor but as it was a wet room it was no use if you wanted a shower. I am still waiting for a sum of money taken out of our account for something we didn't use.If this is the treatment you get for using your website we may have to look at alternative options in future.

Can you believe this nonsense? I ask the reception if they have any rooms without pets because of my allergy, and instead of giving me a straight answer, she starts checking my booking and payment card. After she's done, she casually drops the bomb: "Sorry, no pet-free rooms available." Are you kidding me? I specifically mentioned my allergy, and they still went ahead and checked me in without even bothering to mention this crucial detail beforehand. If they had just been honest with me from the start, I would've canceled my booking and found another place to stay. But no, they had to go and pull this sneaky move, checking me in first and then hitting me with the truth. Unbelievable. And to top it off, when I ask about parking with my disability card, they have the nerve to say they're clueless! What a joke!

Fabulous
Great stay, location was perfect and hotel was really quite quiet considering it was New Year. Room was clean and well equipped, bed comfortable and room was warm. Great shower with really hot water. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices and lots of it. Staff were so helpful and cheerful. Overall I could not fault it from check in to checkout and would highly recommend it.

Nice clean hotel, room and facilities. Was on the top floor at the back, so it was also quiet, although the hotel was in a quiet street off the main Union St. Breakfast was also nice and plentiful.

Needs breakfast choice improvements
Wonder time. Always enjoying staying here but got bored with same breakfast choices. Stayed 5 days and same every morning, i avoided breakfast on 2 days due to the monotony and just had fruits. A variety of eggs like fried or boiled instead of scrambled, add black puddings, haggies, it's Scotland!!! There should be a little difference in breakfast choices.
