"We found our room to be roomy, clean and comfortable. The staff at front desk were friendly, check in was smooth. We found the beds comfortable. Compared to other motels in area it was the most reasonable. We decided to spend a second night. A bit distracting outside appearance when approaching and entering hotel due to overflowing trash containers. Thankfully it was all gone the next morning. There really was no breakfast orher than cold ceral."

"There was an issue with climate control. We had 7 adults and 3 children so we utilized all of the bedrooms. Unfortunately there is only one climate control for the whole house which is on the main floor. With the climate control set for the main floor the basement rooms and bathroom were cold and we were very uncomfortable. Basically if the AC is on, the basement will be in the upper 60's at best. I would suggest space heaters in the basement for future rentals even if the outdoor temperatures are high. Also, the house needs to have the AC on early in the day for check-ins. We arrived and it was turned off and it took several hours for the upstairs to cool down below 80 degrees. On another note, the water presser in the showers is very low.The location is absolutely beautiful and we loved the space. Michelle was very communicative except on check-in day when we were trying to figure out how to cool the house down. Unfortunately, there was a lengthy delay that one time. Other than that she was very quick to respond. We would definitely rent this property again but would need to address the temperature situation."

"We had a great stay! Breakfast was great every morning and the pool was really great for both little kids and swimming a few laps. Our room was huge and we had plenty of space to spread out. We also did laundry here, which was really convenient! The hotel was clean, but our hallway had a really strong smell of Mexican food. The smell even came in through our air conditioner. The staff was helpful and nice, but there is only a person at the desk at check in time. The rest of our stay, we needed to call from the front desk for someone to help us. Overall, it was a good value for the money and we would stay here again!"

"The property was great. Very convient for us to get to and from the wedding. The property was clean. There was a discrepancy in regard to pet friendly. The listing stated pet friendly, but the owner wanted previous knowledge of pets staying. All worked out with the owner in the end. I would stay again!!"

"Cool,clean and cozy."
