"Overall, the stay was good and the hotel is a nice place to stay. We tried both the veg and non-veg lunch thali at ITC, and both were very good. However, there were a couple of disappointing aspects. During checkout, no staff came to assist us with the luggage even after we waited for around 10 minutes, so we had to manage it ourselves.
