We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room was spotless clean and quiet. We also loved the thermal pools. I highly suggest to try the hotel’s restaurant, our dinner was delicious.

Soggiorno termale godibilissimo

Ottima accoglienza all'arrivo nonostante, causa un diversivo improvviso, ci siamo presentati di primo mattino e la receptionist si è subito impegnata a cercare una soluzione offrendoci una proposta con minimo sovraprezzo con un upgrade per l'intero soggiorno ma soprattutto disponibile subito. A seguire tutto bene, dall'abbondante e varia colazione, alla cena curata e ottima. Per quanto riguarda il centro termale interno, tutto bene, curato e ordinato e preciso e con puntuale anche negli orari. Il tutto con gentilezza e cortesia. Ciliegina sulla torta a 100 metri inizia l'isola pedonale per la passeggiata. Insomma da ritornare appena possibile.

One of my favourite hotels

Our second time at the hotel. The service is in top and the surroundings is perfect. The food in the restaurant was better last year, but still ok. The room is Nice and clean. Beautiful pool area - lights in the pools during the evening. Live Music some evenings. I will come back next year!

Leider kein Balkon in unserem Zimmer. Die Poolanlage aussen ist nicht besonders gross, sodass es ab und zu im Wasser ziemlich eng wird. Leider gab es vorab keine Information, dass das Tragen einer Badekappe Pflicht ist.

Mancaza di Umanità

La mia recensione negativa e dovuta alla mancanza di umanità della proprietà. Ho chiesto la possibilità di effettuare la cancellazione (anche se le politiche sulla cancellazione non lo prevedevano) per un evento di salute grave che avrei documetato se avessero voluto. L'assistenza di Hotels è stata eccellente nell'aiutarci a risolvere la Problematica invece la struttura è stata categoria e non ha voluto sentire ragioni, invitandomi a prenotare la proprio sito la prossima volta che in quel caso mi sarebbero venuti incontro. Questa è stata una scelta della struttura che se avesse voluto poteva farlo. Hotels per quanto la guardava l'avrebbe fatto.
