We booked this riad last minute with no reviews — took a bit of a risk while landing in Marrakech at 2 a.m. — and we’re so glad we did! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we arrived. Even though we got in very late, they welcomed us warmly and let us stay until check-in. They went above and beyond during our stay — walking us to and from places, arranging safe and reliable rides, offering great local advice, and just being genuinely amazing throughout. The spa experience was wonderful, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would 100% recommend this riad. Don’t hesitate — book it!

Friendly staff and cleaners do a good job.

Great great hotel for families! Their service was great, good food that you don't need to spend more $ going to a restaurant (unless you'd like to try one), plenty of activities for kids (pool, kids club, night dancing). Close to downtown but not in the middle of all the happenings which we liked specially since we traveled with our 3yr old.

Even though I am giving this resort a 5-star rating, you must read this carefully—because by American standards, this may not be your cup of tea. The resort itself is nice, but the service can be extremely poor unless you engage management directly—even for basic needs like fresh towels or a TV remote battery. Your experience will depend on your patience and willingness to escalate issues. My recent stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech was initially very challenging, but ultimately redeemed by outstanding management. I arrived with a Junior Suite booking and upgraded to a Luxury Suite, but the first room had a broken shower and an undesirable view. The second suite smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. After spending much of the evening changing rooms, I returned to a Junior Suite, which unfortunately had no window in the bedroom and poor ventilation since the AC was not operating, making it uncomfortably warm. Housekeeping was highly disappointing. Multiple requests for basic items were repeatedly promised but never delivered, even after follow-ups—far below five-star expectations. What made the difference was management. Mr. Lahcen, the supervisor, was attentive and resolved the situation by providing a significantly better room & quickly addressed the service issues. Thanks to him, my experience was turned around. Without their intervention, this would have been a 1-star stay.

Nous y avons séjourné 13 nuits et n’avons que des commentaires positifs à partager. Les chambres sont superbes, confortables et impeccablement propres. Le petit-déjeuner, servi chaque matin, est délicieux. Le service du spa est aussi exceptionnel, nous avons adoré les massages! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse rare : toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à aider en toute occasion. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil exceptionnel. Nous recommandons ce riad sans hésiter à tous ceux qui souhaitent vivre une expérience authentique et mémorable au Maroc!
