Great stay

I had a really good stay. I had to stay here a couple of more days than I had planned and the staff was really helpful through sms. I got to keep my room without any hesitation. The studio was very convenient as I could make my own food, and the fridge was actually very spacious.

Great value accommodations for budget conscious travellers. The hotel is just outside of the city centre but a 15 minute walk and you're in the middle of everything. The rooms are clean and the common kitchen areas were immaculate. Luggage storage allowed me to lock my bag in an individual locker. Communication with the hotel management was fast and easy. Would definitely stay here again

Nice rooms with great pillows!

You have to call ahead for them to send you an email with your door code and WiFi password. So if you don't have data/roaming, that could be an issue, but there's a mall nearby with free WiFi. It's not a hotel with a manned desk, it's an apartment block, so your "reception" is a phone call away. Overall great and clean room, with a nice layout and large windows+ dark curtains if you want to sleep in longer in the mornings. The location is quite convenient if you want to take a tram or bus to the town centre. The apartment is in the middle of the university complex so there are a few shops and supermarkets within walking distance (10 minutes). It is also a quiet neighbourhood.

Apartment is near university of Aarhus, where it was holiday period so there was not much noise. Also, the apartment looks like to be newly furnished, where ceiling paint was not even done. There is share kitchen where utensils are available. The room does not have much of boiling kettle. Also, car parking is available for apartment which unfortunately you have to pay. Normally I was hoping for free car parking but its not. The garage is below apartment where guide will be provided. Overall good apartment.

In general we were quite happy to have the option with the "automated" check-in. It went very easily, however it took me 40min and a lot of communication forth and back to get it organized. Good here, was that "someone" was promptly available to chat/write emails to me and tried to send me the link for the online check-in which is pre-requisite to get the entry code. Unfortunately, my trip was very spontanously, so these 40min addional preparation happened while I was packing my suitcase and in the car to the airport. The studio was nothing fancy but good, very clean with everything you need. The bed and duvet was really good. We liked, that we could just park in the stret. We were looking for a little cafe or supermarket in the surrounding to find something for breakfast. However - if you need something that is "functional" that's totally fine!

Property was close to university and a mall. There was quite a bit of noise in the evenings from either the university or Base Camp next door. We were excited for the luggage storage so we could explore after our check out at 11:00 but before we left at 1:30. However, our code expired and we couldn’t get back in to get our bags. Luckily someone let us in- but knowing this before would have been nice.

Daniel& Jacob Aarhus is a great simple residence. There is no reception, yet the service is excellent (thank Rude and Alex). The kitchens are great and the rooms are comfortable.

Har boet der før, og det er et meget roligt hotel, værelserne er godt isoleret, og deres senge er virkeligt gode.. Rent praktisk ligger det rimeligt centralt.. Eneste bagside er at man skal afvente mail med værelsesnummer og adgangskode til at komme ind, det er en smule besværligt

Meget vanskelig check in

Meget meget besværlig indtjekning. Vi måtte ringe flere gange til et Engelsk talende call center, Med Skrattende lyd i røret. Så skulle der angives mail adresse, og efterfølgende udfyldes kontakt informationer, og sendes billed id. Vi brugte ca. en time ved indgangen til hotel, inden koder til dørene kom. Umuligt for ældre mennesker og finde ud af dette…. Ellers var alt fremragende, meget flotte værelser.

Fed, billig koncept i Århus - alt var perfekt, der var stille, og tæt på offentlige transport og bymidten. Hvis man har bil, så er der gratis parkering tæt på. Der var flere anmeldelser hvor der står der var larm fra byggeriet, hvilket ikke er nu, køleskabet larmer lidt, men man skal bare indstille den rigtigt, så larmer den mindre.

Boede på værelse 404.Fedt værelse, men der var virkelig meget støj på værelset. Jeg boede på 4. sal. Udluftningen og køleskab larmede virkelig meget. på et tidspunkt målte jeg det til 62 decibel. Jeg kunne ikke finde et sted at klage, så det endte med jeg blev på værelset og ikke fik noget søvn. Selve værelset var godt indrettet og lige hvad man har brug for når man har to dage i århus på kursus.Det var rent og pænt bortset fra lange hår i brusekabinen. jeg ville nok ikke booke igen uden at have en kontakt person så man kunne klage, så man måske kunne have fået få et værelse uden støj. Jeg syntes det er et godt koncept at man får værelses kode og adgangs kode på mail så man bare kan chekke ind og ud når man vil, men savnede en kontakt person.
