The beautiful glass walls mixed in with the raw concrete adds a calmness to the top modernised two bedroom and two bathroom apartments decorated by design studio Bungalow5.
The apartment has two seperate entrances and is perfect for families, couples or business partners travelling together who like to stay and eat with each other but prefer to sleep apart.
The Space:
A tour of the place.
Inside the apartment entrance there is a wardrobe and plenty of space to leave your shoes and overcoats.
The open living and dining area is flooded by natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. It feels bright and airy.
There is a round dining table for five by the enlarged kitchen which is fully equipped for cooking homestyle dinner or breakfast before heading out to explore. There is a mikrooven, Nespresso machine with complimentary biodegradable capsules, fridge, induction cookplate and all the cookware you need.
The 3 person sofa unfolds to a high quality queensize (160x200cm) bed with warm fluffy duvets.
Enjoy your favourite Netflix (complimentary) show on the 43” Samsung Smart TV situated in the living space.
Through a door you enter the second room with a spacious lounge and “get ready” area with a big closet, full size mirror, lounge chair and of course all right next to the bathroom. Sharp colours mixed in with grey tiles makes the always clean bathroom feel cool and fresh.
One bedroom is hidden behind the beautiful glass wall. With a comfortable kingsize (180x200cm) bed with fluffy warm duvets and a hypoallergenic pillow selection and heavy curtains a long night's sleep is inevitable.
The second bedroom is connected from the livingroom and is spacious and bright with an ensuite bathroom and a kingsize (180x200cm) bed.
Do your laundry at the well functioning and 100% free laundry room on the ground floor.
The Neighborhood:
The charming center of Århus is a fair but charming stroll away that takes you through the city university which in 2023 was awarded one of the five most beautiful universities in Europe. Along the way you’ll pass the famous art museum Aros with its masterpiece Rainbow Panorama being a must see for all visitors to Århus.
Our neighbour Basecamp with its many young inhabitants makes the area young and bustling with plenty of cool hang out spots around.
If you prefer, catch the light rail train (letbane) an 8 min walk from the apartments to quickly get to the center or the new cool harbour area.
Getting Around:
The Light rail train (Letbanen) station Universitetet is an 8 minute walk away. From there it's a 5 min. trainride to the center.
