"The only thing I wasn't too fond of was the lack of scenery because of the construction taking place directly across the street but the hotel has no control over that. I do want to highlight the young lady at the front-desk Aisha, she was genuinely awesome, I love her energy and spirit and her customer service skills, she is incredible and solution oriented. Aisha, you rock!!! 👏👏👏"

"The hotel is located far from everything. I cannot believe this is called a five star hotel. It is a two star Hampton hotel. When you arrive to the reception, they send you on a half mile hike down to Long tunnel to get to the supposedly @superior room.” the room we went into was dingy and old and the bidet didn’t work. The shower didn’t work, and if you tried to plug in the towel, warmer, the breaker flipped, and all the lights went out. They moved us to another room, which was actually better. Unfortunately, I left my very expensive $$$$ jewelry at the hotel when we departed and 5 hours later when I called to retrieve it, they claimed “they had found no jewelry”. It WAS there. Someone at the hotel hit the jackpot. So it was a terrible two day stay for us."

"My husband and I specifically booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. And it was out of order. I went down to the front desk and told them this and the guy was very nice and said they were so sorry and they would do something to compensate us. They did not. I messaged them on the in room what’s up thing and they ignored me. Very disappointed. Other than that the hotel was fine. "
