There were a few glitches while we were there (just bad luck) but Gavin was excellent, responding quickly and he generously refunded us a night of our stay. Other reviews mention the water, this really isn't an issue its a private water supply which is common in Scotland.. boil it or bring your own! "

"It was clean and the staff offered to help with any bags or see us to our room. We stayed one night on our way through town. This is an old building. It was exactly what we expected and needed. If you want a new hotel this is not it. You will be disappointed. However, it is quiet, worn but clean, cozy, and very convenient at a very reasonable price."

"Very nice B&B in a beautiful area. The host Nicole was very nice and helpful. The view out our window was stunning. Clean and comfortable. Town and restaurants a short drive away. Didn’t do the breakfast but it looked and smelled awesome. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "
