"Nice property within walking distance to the town."
The property is comfortable. The beds are nice with fresh and clean sheets. The tv programmes are miserable though. Toilet is nice with very strong water pressure. The room was stuffy as it didn't have windows. A fan would have been good.

"Amazing resort and beautiful location"
Millbrook was perfect! The staff were so friendly, the facilities are second to none and location was so beautiful. The TV in our room wasn't working, but a quick call to reception and someone was there to fix it instantly. The only point I would suggest to guest is not to get the airport transfers if you are in a group as they are unnecessarily expensive, $25 per person. You could get a taxi that costs about $50-$65, so if there was more than 2 people, it would be better to share that cost.

"Stunning views"
The apartments are located a 10-15 minute walk from central Queenstown. We arrived in a fantastic mood but the lady who checked us in soon put paid to that. She was officious to the point of being rude, not just with us but with some other guests trying to use the jacuzzi. I'm guessing she was desperate to clock off (it was 7:40pm) but this really wasn't acceptable considering the type of establishment this is trying to be. The other staff we met were lovely however. Facilities wise, the apartments are great with pretty much everything you need including laundry and spectacular views (although balconies face directly onto a busy road).

"Great view and very relaxed quiet"
Our 2 bedroom residence was lovely staff overall very good Breakfast staff looked overworked and kept forgetting to bring tea when requested but were polite The wakatipu grill for dinner was no experienced as the wait staff when we arrived were disinterested and not accommodating even though there were 1/3 of tables empty he could not seat us for 45 minutes! He showed us to a bar table with a drinks menu already on the table and after 15 mins we walked out as no one bothered to check on us to order drinks The parking; there is great self parking underground that gets you to hotel directly however one evening when it was very very wet, dark and late we got back to no availability in the car park at all - we went to reception for assistance and politely but without empathy were offered baker parking at $15 or we needed to go back up the hill (quite steep and difficult to walk) in the rain to park outside - surely given the hour and weather we could've left the car in the large driveway that was empty at the time or offered to leave there unpack and then move the car!! No such common sense advise was offered Apart from these 2 incidents it was a lovely place to stay and my guess is some staff need a refresher course on guest vs customer
