"Nothing wrong all good "

"Gorgeous little property and convenient to everything. I've stayed at five different hotels in the past month and these were the comfiest beds I've encountered. We were street-side on the second floor and it was plenty quiet. Easy check-in and liked that the property was locked at night with a security person present outside."

"We only have good things to say about the Crowne Plaza Seattle Downtown. The front desk staff was amazing. Hotels.com completely screwed up and did not actually confirm our reservation and reached out to the hotel once and never followed through. If not for the hotel staff, we would have had to go somewhere else. But their dedication to researching what happened (because I had confirmation emails from Hotels.com) and compassion for our dilemma insured that our stress was short lived. They not only made sure we got a room for the price we were quoted but they upgraded us to the best suite in the hotel at no extra charge. We will absolutely stay there again, but will be booking directly through them and not Hotels.com. Especially because there was no way to get help from Hotels.com other than a bot chat which had us going around in circles. "
