"The location and convenience of Novotel is excellent. The lobby, restaurants, shops are very inviting. Reception for check in was welcoming and professional. The entire staff is very attentive and always greeted us with a smile. The room and bed were very comfortable. We had a quiet and good nights sleep. Amenities were plentiful. It was nicely decorated and very roomy, but furniture is beginning to look worn. I was disappointed to find hair and other bits of stuff on the rug making it appear like the room had not been vacuum. All in all, we appreciated the convenience of location inside the airport for our early morning flight and comfort of the hotel. "

"This is a basic hotel that I stay at every time I come to Bangkok. The staff is friendly and efficient. They give you a free ride to the hotel from the airport, but you pay 100 baht to return, so I often just skip the return and take a Grab car to wherever I am going on Bangkok. Perfectly good place to stay for a budget price. "
