I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that my room has a large beautiful bathroom with a sink so small and low that washing your face, brushing your teeth or shaving was impossible without splashing water all over the floor.I hope it was only my room!!

Whole stay was superb, room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful, when we left something in our room after booking out. Overall a very enjoyable stay and very handy for Victoria station and Underground.

Great views and a pleasant stay overall. The panorama is truly beautiful and definitely the highlight. The spa is very nice and new, and exceeded expectations. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is that the rooms feel slightly outdated and could benefit from a refresh.
