"The check in is at 3pm, I arrived at 5pm and the room wasn’t ready, I have to wait 40 for minutes that after a long trip is not the best thing to experience"

"The hotel is in great location, and 2 of the 3 desk workers were excellent. The third was rude to us; I mentioned at check out that we had arranged for an Uber to pick ilis up and he started telling me how we should not use Uber but use taxis and was short with us from then on. As for the hotel, there are nice cafes in the array, is close to the Bastille metro station (and the monument), and the bed was very comfortable."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paris. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, extremely clean, and has a very cozy yet elegant atmosphere. One of my favorite things was having breakfast in the charming courtyard. It was such a relaxing and beautiful way to start the morning. Unfortunately, we only had a few days in Paris, so we didn’t get to enjoy all of the hotel’s amenities as much as we would have liked. The rooftop is also very elegant, with beautiful views over the city and a lively atmosphere with both travelers and locals. The location is another huge plus. You’re right in the middle of the action, with the Louvre and Notre-Dame less than a 10-minute walk away. Other major sights such as the Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, and Eiffel Tower are easily accessible by Metro or a short taxi ride. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the hotel’s stylish décor and overall atmosphere. Despite being in such a central and lively area, the hotel still manages to feel comfortable and intimate. Overall, a charming, stylish, and very well-located hotel. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Paris."

"Good room. Cleanness was okay. Spacious for Paris standards. Amazing location!! We were able to keep 2 luggages open and still move around the room. Beds were comfortable. They don't come to clean the room or change towels. We had to exchange our towels and get toilette paper from Downstairs which we didn't mind because it is quicker than waiting for someone to bring it. We,re paying for the room size and location. Highly recommend."

"The staff was excellent! Wonderful people and very helpful. One young man at the desk helped me retrieve my cellphone that I left in an Uber by contacting Uber help and translated for me. Overall a most comfortable stay and friendly staff. A 10 out of 10 for us!"
