"Always a great place to stay with the family. Kids enjoyed the pool and also playing at the pool table. The fact that we can walk in the underground city to go almost anywhere is great in winter since you don’t need to bring your coat and/or boots. The staff is also very nice and the welcome you with warm cookies (which is a big deal for the kids!)"

"Very conveniently located to our destination; originally stayed in a studio room, but when we needed extra room for a surprise visit from a family member, they accommodated us quickly with a suite. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were very friendly; Breakfast with Montreal bagels, Yum! The only negative was the parking-very tight fit and we had a compact vehicle. "

"Was one of my best stays in Montreal. Hotel was close to everything. Staff was very pleasant, helpful and attentive. Room was clean and towels were changed as needed. They even had pool towels for us. Pool was great and so was jacuzzi after a long day of walking around. Underground shopping was a few blocks away and if you ask the info desk in the malls, they will assist you in directions. Almost everyone we encountered spoke English. We were there for 3 days so we bought a 3 day transit pass which worked out well. Metro was right around the corner."
