"The price is aligned with what you get. Tax in the room was $160 and we were “upgraded” to a presidential suite which honestly was unnecessary as it had an awkward boardroom and living area with cold white/blue lighting. Lina at reception was not cut out for the hospitality industry. Do not expect to change her attitude. I wouldn’t even mention this if I hadn’t heard her talking to a friend on the phone with a completely different energy while we waited for forks. Lower your expectations and you’ll be fine. "

"Short birthday trip to Montreal staff was very courteous. All needs were meet, especially when we needed any extra towels. I also appreciated that the Cleaning staff came later to check on the room after we were still asleep. We didn’t use the gym or bar. Spent most of our three days exploring."
