"Luca was at the front desk and was amazing! He made a reservation for a restaurant which was fantastic. He also held our luggage for us because we arrived before it was time to check in. Our room was perfect and the rest of the staff that we encountered were just as hospitable and kind as could be. It was a great experience and location!"
