"Resort Style hotel with lots to offer"
We got a party of 5 and stayed in a double storey room in the tower building which is spacious and nice. There are restaurants, amusement park, and other activities available. we went in summer so there are no skiing; instead we took the gondola to mount Yotei where you will certainly enjoy the beautiful view! Ice cream available at the top too. We were helped by a Chinese speaker bellhop; can't remember her name but she was friendly and helpful.

"Lovely hotel - wonderful onsen"
The hotel is lovely - our room faced the slopes on the top floor which made it bright and sunny - large windows and great bed! The bathroom is small. The ski rental, lockers and access to the lift are so convenient - right there at the hotel. You have to take the bus to get to where most of the restaurants are but the provide a free bus pass and that all worked very well. Also - you are provided access to the Hilton and they have a few very nice restaurants. The onsen at the Green Leaf was the best we have had on our trip with the outdoor onsen a real treat. The staff was very helpful and we would definitely stay there again!

"Perfect stay"
It was a pleasant surprise that my room was upgraded to Single Studio with Tatami Area. The room was so comfy and spacious that you would just want to relax in the room for the whole day. The room comes with a Nescafe dolce gusto machine. My friend and I went for the hotel onsen and returned to our room drinking coffee and laze around the room. There is a nice cosy cafe near the lobby but was closed after 6 pm, so didn't get to try the food. The staff are friendly and speak reasonably good English. The breakfast is simple but good enough for you to start the day. I'll stay here if I were to come back to Niseko again.

"One of the very best options in Niseko"
On this past trip I stayed at three different hotel/condo properties in town. All were rated 4-5 stars. This was by far my favorite. The staff was incredibly helpful, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Laundry facilities on each floor (not in unit though), a good coffee place and market in the lobby. The property is perfectly located in town. While it is a bit farther from the lifts than some other alternatives, it is still only a five minute walk or a shuttle bus ride provided by the hotel. And what many visitors don't understand is that the rest of their time they will be walking to restaurants, bars, shops, and this property is much more convenient to the majority of destinations than the slopeside properties. Also got a great rate on Expedia, a significant discount to the regular price. High marks for this hotel. Only negative is no on-site onsen, but several nearby properties allow walk-in guests at a marginal fee.

"Nice studio in Niseko"
Nice studio/apt alternative to hotels, very clean and central location in Hirafu. Australian-owned HT Holidays employs English-speaking staff, useful for Western tourists. Staff is friendly and helpful (though taxi reservation they made for me ended up going to wrong location and I missed my train--always double-check!); front desk hours are limited. Use the Niseko passport they provide for discounts, including on NAC rafting in summer--HT booked and it was great (not rough at all, fun Japanese guides, and beautiful scenery--be sure to wear the drysuit so you can jump in the cold water!). If you like the option of more living space and occasionally eating in, this is better than a hotel.

"Nice hotel with first class access to the slopes"
The staff were very knowledgable and eager to help with any questions about the area/ places to eat. We had a room looking out onto the slopes and found it to be quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide selection and the gluten free cookies were a delight. The ease of access was by the far the best reason to stay here as we were on the mountain bright and early and our gear was always dry from yesterdays run. The onsen was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

"Nice apartment with an excellent location!"
We were in apartment #9, which had two bedrooms with queen size beds, and a great room that included the living room, kitchen and dining area in one large space. The main bedroom was a loft. The apartment was modern and clean and included a dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave. The wifi in the apartment was excellent. Powder Tracks has a ski room and a drying room in the basement with allotted space for each apartment. The security for the ski and drying rooms could be improved. I had a pair of ski poles stolen. There is a combination lock to get in the ski and drying rooms from outside, but you can enter the building without a key or combination and get to the ski and drying rooms from inside the building. They will also pick you up/drop you off at the welcome center if you are arriving/departing by bus.
