" We would like to thank the Hotel staff and Expedia for being incredibly accommodating and helpful. We experienced an emergency during our trip and had to make a last‑minute change, and the support we received was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The hotel is about an 8‑minute drive from a nearby mall with plenty of cafés and restaurants. We used Uber to get there, and the ride cost only 4 USD. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of continental and local dishes, and the food quality was excellent. We are a family with two teenagers, and they found plenty to enjoy. A special thank‑you to the reception team — especially Osama and Mr. Moad Batayneh. We were exhausted after our emergency, and they kindly allowed us to check in early. The staff truly went above and beyond. Our stay was comfortable and memorable, and we would definitely love to stay here again."

"Quite possibly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Check in was smooth and I was kindly offered a room upgrade free of charge. The room was impeccable. Spa services were wonderful and my massage was amazing. Room service was definitely the highlight for me, the food was fresh and tasty. I would absolutely stay again and I can’t thank the staff enough for their hospitality."

"Rooms are wonderful and spacious. Skyline Sushi on the 13th floor offers some of the best sushi in all of Amman. Hotel is conveniently close to Abdali Mall and the staff was friendly and hospitable. "

"It would be difficult I think to find anything offensive about this property and in the unlikely event you did I suspect they would clear it up before you even could finish noting it. This place is fantastic. The space, the amenities, the felling of security, the location for what we were after, and most of all by the staff who make this a luxurious and sophisticated stay that is still oddly comfortable. I don’t often stay in Four Seasons. But if they were all like this I might. Wonderful property with what appears equally excellent management and staff the property has a right to be proud of. This place is a keeper. "
