"The staff at this hotel were very helpful, also the location of the hotel is very good, close to many supermarkets and the airport. The building itself has seen better days but it is still a good value for the price, also we liked the suite because the bedroom and kitchen both had doors so that one of us could stay up later without waking up the other."

"The staff was incredible. very courteous and helpful. They looked after all our needs with a smile. Room was large and comfortable and was cleaned every day. We were on the first flour that still involved climbing 24 stairs with no elevator. Someone came immediately to help us with our luggage. There was a large TV but reception was a inconsistent. Tubi was a bonus. Breakfast was great but was the same every day. They were hosting several refugee families with lots of children and they found areas they could play but not interfere with hotel guests. It was wonderful to hear the children enjoying their time in Canada."
