"Really enjoyed our stay in the Nusa Dua area, the surrounds are like gerdens and we walked and cycled around safely and with little bothering or traffic. It was a short distance from restaurants, shopping (Bali collection) and the beaches. The hotel was beautifully kept in terms of the pools, bars and vegetation. The staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Would recommend this hotel and area to anyone wanting to avoid the hustle and bustle of busier areas. We enjoyed the classes on offer and the cycle hire."

"april 2024. back from 5 day stay at the Hilton . Its definitely 5 hotel . Staff cannot do enough for you, polite and very welcoming. Service is incredible and the breakfast buffet is second to none. A real treat to stay there . wouldnt hesitate to visit again. Perfect for families as lots to do but also perfect if you do not have children as its very spacious . In a beautiful area . It isnt walking distance to shops and other restaurants but theres a free shuttle bus to the Bali collection mall and the Nusa dua beach where there are restaurants if you want to eat outside the hotel for a change and less pricey options which is only 5 km away . Or a cab is only £4 and easy to access . Only 30 mins from the airport . "

"Usually stay at Padma in Legian and was not expecting a lot given how inexpensive the room was but WOW!! Lovely clean modern resort. Staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Pool and pool bar spectacular. very reasonably priced room service and in hotel spa treatments. Location was perfect in amongst it all and Sanur is beautiful. Thank you all lovely staff at Swiss-belhotel for making us so welcome 🙏 Will be back."

"The hotel is very large and in a great spot for what we needed away from the hussle of busier areas like Legion & Kuta. The Nusa Dua area is so clean, people are not pushy and amazing beach. The gardens are relaxing with cheeky squirrels and monitors. The only negative was the main pool bar was very slow or forgot our orders. Was also hard to get their attention as didn't wander to see if anyone wanted a drink. The hotel room was a little outdated with some peeling paint,rust etc but still a lovely room. Will visit again."
