"Family run, friendly hotel"

"The property is fantastic, the room was beautiful, and the facility, in general, was superb; the only concern is the access to the property from the train station. The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. That was a concern for me because I was traveling with my daughter. "

Although this hostel is certainly not five star, the welcome I received and the friendliness of the staff was simply amazing. Thank you for making me feel at home.! "Good value for the rate as I was here off season if you are acustom to traveling through Spain this would hostel would is equivalent to a good two stars place to stay, typical of what you would expect. All was as expected, no surprises. Typical buffet breakfast all good quality and price. "

"The nature and the views are exceptional, that is the thing why this place is worth visiting. We had booked three days stay to go downhill skiing, but finally got one day of downhill skiing due to delayed train transportation from Barcelona to Ribes de Freser, and the next day in Vall de Nuria there were too windy so the lifts were closed. There was very few snow, so only couple of slopes were open. Also only one restaurant in the area was open during our stay. "
