"Great location. Room was small but well designed with lots of handy features. Super comfy bed! Hotel was spotless, gym was great, staff were friendly & helpful. Small on site bar was cute too. Could not fault a thing about the place. Would definitely stay again & recommend. Loved it!"

"I found this hotel to be better for my tastes and needs than another one I was in the night before. However, they advertise "free breakfast," but all they had was coffee and tea, and a microwave. All in all, I would stay there again. Staff were kind and friendly."

"The Modernist Hotel has been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the room I had as well-it was aesthetically pleasing.
