  • A beautiful, quiet escape in a rural setting but yet close to Iowa City and Solon. A home sitting on 40 acres (20 Timber/20 Grasslands) with 3 ponds. Approximately 5 miles from downtown Iowa City or Solon and on hard surface roads. The property is approximately 1 mile off of Highway 1.

    The house is a 2 story home, 3 BR 2.5 baths with a dining room, living room, kitchen with dining area and a finished lower level with large room and the two additional bedrooms. An attached garage with one stall is included.

    The property is within 5 miles of 3 different wedding venues.

    * Hunting parties would be considered. There is White-Tailed Deer, Turkey and Pheasant. Please call the attached number to discuss in further detail.
    ** A lower daily rate could be negotiated if the renter considers a long term lease of over two weeks. Will consider up to 3 month lease.
