"Lots of parking close to reception. Check in was efficient. The bedroom was large, clean and well equipped, with two double beds. The bathroom had plenty of room too. Access to the leisure centre was included. Large pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. All were a decent size. Lots of choice for breakfast with helpful staff. All in all, a very enjoyable stay. "

"Wow I was visiting Nottingham for an eye surgery with my elderly parents where by my mother was the donor. Not only that the facilities were great, clean and spacious, the staff really wowed me from the word go. The bookibg experience was great as I sought accessible room for my parents. The staffed namely Hamid and Katie were so helpful in guiding me and giving my parents and I the perfect rooms. Then came the special requirements for earlier breakfast than normal time in the room. It was managed seamlessly at no extra cost. The staff also helped mu mother with medication post surgery whilst I was still at the hospital. The food quality at the breakfast and in room service was superb. A the icing on the cake that not only we were allowed extended checkout at 4pm later than normal but were also given complimentary breakfast for 2 out of 4 guests and discount of onhouse dining experience. What can I say we received a royal treatment during our four day stay. The staff and customer service was beyond best. I never expected so much that they gave us in service and care. Wow and absolute wow. The location is also very central with the high street just behind the hotel with plenty of wonderful dining experiences. A 7 star service by a 4 star hotel. I am sold"

"Great time staying here. Central to pretty much everywhere you’d want to be in Notts. Staff was lovely and check in/out process was so easy. Room was clean and comfortable. "

"Accomodation was very reasonably priced, however the radiators never worked , they had place 1 portable heater in the room. We had to be recited from room 8 to room 6 as there was a shower issue, the water was not draing and flooded the bathroom out. Giving us another room was not an issue. I would stay there again but not in the winter."
