"I would like to leave this review on behalf of all of my family, we came to JBH in October as a family with two young children, and have returned again in March. The reason for us returning is mainly because of our children begging us to return so they can use the kids club facilities and to also see the amazing Precious and Daisy, we travel a lot across the world and our children have never been keen to use a kids club! We would like to say a huge thank you for Precious for making this trip truly amazing for our children especially our youngest son who has become so attached to precious that he doesn’t want to leave, She has the kindest soul and so much love to give that our children simple beg us to go out of an evening so that precious can look after them. She goes above and beyond with them both and that is something truly special to find, Precious we are truly grateful for you and will continue to come back to ensure we see you and maintain the bond you have with our children. We have strict instructions we are now not aloud to go any where else on holiday! You have made a big impact in their little hearts. And we would like you to know how special you are to us as a family. We would also like to take the time to say a big thank you to Jowel around the family pool who has made our stay an exceptional experience, he again goes above and beyond and always ensures we have everything and more we need as a family, we feel you have an outstanding staff member, and Again Jo"

"After landing at the Airport, this was just perfect with 24hr access and shuttle transport directly from the terminal bus stop. We had initially booked Stay here because of the flight timings and our inability to check straight into our main accommodation for several hours but on arrival , we were delighted with the Staff who welcomed us to Dubai as well as their Hotel, the rooms and the facilities and comfy beds (Typical Premier Inn!!) Breakfast on site during the next morning was just Top Notch. We will most definitely stay here on our next trip to Dubai. Thank You all."
