"Good airport hotel"
The airport was close to the airport, so we stayed there for one night before heading to the airport early in the morning. The room was very simple, but clean. The pool was nice - it was small but it was refreshing enough to cool us off. We had dinner at the resort. The menu was really simple but the food was really good and both meals we ordered were lovely, they were reasonably priced too. Good value for money. The car to the airport was easy to arrange and got us there on time. The ac was quite strong allowing us to cool off.

"Piece of Island paradise "
Feels like your on an Island. Such a great location on the private beach. You slow down as soon as you arrive. Mango Bay resort has a real authentic Fijian feel. My partner and I stayed in the Ocean front bure ,number 5 which was right in front of the beach. Was amazing ..just what we imagined. We had our own inside toilet and our own outdoor shower. There is a mossy net for over you're bed ..they come out in the evening especially after rain. There isn't air -con but there is a ceiling fan. The bure had a real high authentic hut roof. Bures are clean. There is daily actives such as cava ceremony, cooking class, beach volley ball, crab racing etc It isn't big like other resorts so you get to know the other guests. All staff are friendly and call you by your name so has a personal feel. This resort is pretty much couples ...which I liked as was quiet and romantic without lots of kids. We hired a car which was handy to site see and get around.

The postion of the hotel is acessible to bus rides to town fro 70cents and then west busyellow) 1 dollar to denarau. Manager is fantastic and interacts with all guests. I had nil issues while i was here on holiday and highly recommend this hotel to stay at all rooms were serviced daily with fresh towels.

"Relaxing island to stay for a few days."
Friendly staff. Very good food - really enjoyed the Fijian night feast. Food plan is a bit pricey but the food was pretty good. A great island for kids, who enjoyed the swimming pool, table tennis , pool table etc. Nice snorkelling from the beach. Very relaxing. We stayed for 3 nights.

"Friendly, casual dive retreat with resident cats!"
A typical day includes waking up for a generous breakfast including coffee, tea, fresh tropical fruit, toast, and eggs cooked-to-order. The first dive boat leaves at about 8:30am after breakfast. The dive staff take care of your equipment and, because of "dolphin time", we are usually the first and only divers at the dive site. Diving the rainbow reef is beautiful but can be challenging due to strong currents and the tides. For best results, plan to visit around the half moon--not at full moon or new moon! After the first dive, tea and cookies are served during the surface interval. After the second morning dive, go back to your bure or tent for a quick, military-style shower (to conserve water) and head to the dining area for a wonderful lunch (with dessert!). Example lunches included chili con carne, club sandwiches, and pasta dishes. After lunch, everyone settles in for a siesta (I preferred an oceanfront hammock for mine) until about 4:30pm, when the electricity and Internet turn on for the evening. After a happy hour snack (e.g., rice balls and other fried goodies), an evening activity might occur like coconut bowling, kava, or crab races. Dinner is a 3-course experience including appetizer, main, and dessert (again!). The dishes are varied and typically include pork, chicken, or beef excellently prepared and served. Lovo night is not to be missed! Sunday is low-key (no dives) and the spa is excellent! A great staff that welcomes guests!
