Ultimately, we were relocated to a cheaper hotel, but the price difference was not reimbursed. Both the hotel and hotels.com blamed each other, with neither offering any meaningful support. Quanto aos pontos de melhoria, sentimos falta de alguns detalhes que poderiam tornar a estadia ainda mais confortável: o quarto contava com uma cama que eu achei um pouco desconfortável (pareciam ser duas camas de solteiro juntas, formando uma cama de casal, então o meio dela estava desconfortável). Além disso, a descarga do banheiro estava com algum problema, mas nada demais também.
De toda forma, a experiência foi muito boa e certamente recomendamos o hotel para quem procura um lugar bem cuidado, com ótimo atendimento e custo-benefício em Itacaré!"
