"We spent three days in the hotel and had a fabulous time. Our 5th floor room was compact but had everything we needed. The staff-especially the man who greeted us at 11pm on the Wednesday 3rd-were so helpful and kind. Nothing was a problem.
Breakfast was great-good opening hours and had something for everyone. The staff there could have been a bit more friendly but were ok.
The pool and spa area was small and compact but well run and very clean. The massage we had was very relaxing.
Our only issue was with the pool and changing area. You have to book the pool and on one of the days we booked it, there were 4 ladies in there already so no room for a proper swim and since they’d taken the only beds, nowhere for us to relax.
When we then went for our massage ( before getting the train to uk) there was nowhere to shower or get changed as the changing room was in use. We’d been told that we’d be able to shower and wash hair etc but then weren’t allowed in changing room. Since we’d paid over £200 for this, I feel that it should have been available to us.
Overall the hotel itself was a great experience and in a great location and we look forward to returning soon!"
