After the fascinating journey through the production, it's time to taste the carefully crafted artisanal cachaça. The master still presents you with a variety of different types and ages of cachaça, explaining the nuances of flavour and aroma that each one offers. The experience is more than just tasting the drink; it is a complete immersion in history that transcends generations and enriches the understanding of Brazil's past and present.

Visit to Fazenda Fortaleza. Upon arrival, we are greeted by the serenity of the rural landscape, starting a gustatory and cultural journey through the authentic and award-winning flavours of artisanal cheeses, observing how cheese is linked to a lifestyle and how life in the countryside can be inspiring. During the visit, in addition to the selected tasting, we get to know the stories of passionate people who bring this tradition to life. Roberto, master cheese maker from Serra da Canastra, is passionate about his craft and is almost always a regular presence. At first, our attention is drawn to the tattoos that cover his arms. Each represents an award won by the cheeses, including two from international awards in France. We also visited Vila Carassa in Prados, a breeding ground for talented artists with expressive wood sculptures, and a history of transformation and success in the world of handicrafts.

Visit to the charming village of Bichinho, with lunch in the traditional cuisine of Minas Gerais. Homemade dishes and the true delicacies of the local cuisine are an invitation to the authenticity and unique flavours of the region. Delicacies such as tropeiro beans, tutu à mineira, sausage, cabbage and crackling can be part of the menu, providing a true explosion of flavours typical of Minas Gerais. After our meal, we set off to explore the district's shops. Bichinho is known for being a hub of talented artists and artisans, who create unique pieces of ceramics, wood, fabric and other materials, all with the authentic imprint of the local culture.
