Overview

If you don't know what is your souvenir from Thailand, cooking could be your choice! Come join us to make an amazing experience together! Learn how to cook flavourful and fun Thai recipes, including home-style classics and street food favourites. Before we begin cooking, we'll head to the local market to buy fresh ingredients for your selected dishes. Then we'll go to a private house, where we'll cook 5 dishes together in an open-air kitchen and you will have your very own cooking station. Our chef will provide simple instructions to guide you through each recipe, and tips to find Thai ingredients or substitutions back in your home country. At the end of the lesson, you will receive a recipe book so you can recreate these dishes back at home to impress family and friends. We want to make it easier than ever to bring authentic Thai flavours to your dining table! Please note that all dishes can be adapted to be spicy or mild. We also welcome vegans and vegetarians.

Activity itinerary

At your first moment in the cooking school, you will be suggested Thai menus which are Thai traditional foods. These dishes are unique and have a long history. There are two periods for the course, morning, and dinner course. Your journey begins with a quick pick you up from your accommodation within 3 kilometres of Chiangmai city centre. Join us for a 20-30 min tour at a local Thai market where we will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. After the lesson in the market, you will be ready to start your lesson in our kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you will need to get started cooking 5 dishes. Learn just how easy it is to cook deliciously authentic Thai food with our certified Thai teacher. Savour a mouthwatering Thai lunch or dinner made by yourself and transfer back to your hotel.
